bCompassPlusMagnitogorsk, Russia, 1st May, 2011 — Compass Plus, an international provider of retail banking software and electronic payments systems to financial institutions, announced the availability of its Performance Monitoring Module that enables the real-time monitoring of the company’s TranzWare Online, as well as generation of comprehensive data, giving financial institutions more control over the  performance of their technology.

TranzWare Online is a platform for the switching, parametric routing and authorisation of electronic payment transactions as well as terminal network driving. The Performance Monitoring Module allows a system administrator to have instant access to the complete set of system performance data. With the data, the administrator can quickly react to load increases due to growth in card transactions and address technology changes that need to be made in order to ensure the required service quality. System performance messages are recorded in the event log and built-in personnel alerts notify the appropriate staff members in emergency situations.

The application displays a list of system instances and their current parameters as well as a history of their changes per the set statistical period. With the use of monitoring tools, including graphical representation, changes in performance parameters can be tracked for each TranzWare Online module. Parameters are monitored in areas such as transactions per second, average authorisation time and status of ATM and host connections. Uraltransbank, based in Yekaterinburg, Russia with a branch network throughout the Urals region, has implemented the Performance Monitoring Module.
