Zapsibcombank launches a loyalty program with a difference with help from Compass Plus

ZapsibcombankZapsibcombank has announced the launch of a new loyalty program, PLUSES from Zapsibcombank, with the help of Compass Plus, an international provider of retail banking software and electronic payments systems to financial institutions. Using TranzWare CMS Loyalty from Compass Plus, the bank has implemented a discount program that is not directly linked to any one retail outlet. This means that their customers have virtually an unlimited choice of the goods and services they are able to purchase at a discounted rate. To benefit from this program, customers need to open a credit or debit loyalty card and start using it to make purchases.

The loyalty system is integrated with the Internet banking service also supplied by Compass Plus, which means Zapsibcombank’s customers are able to set their preferences for the loyalty program remotely. Through their Internet banking portal, customers can choose the specific category that they wish the discount to apply to. Categories include ‘My car’, ‘My supermarket’, and ‘My phone’. This new service allows customers to choose the category that will enable them to spend their money in the most profitable way (and stay in the black). For example, by setting the ‘My car’ category it is possible to get a discount at local petrol stations as well as any other petrol station across Russia and around the globe. In addition, customers will also be able to access information about accumulated and spent points in their Internet banking portal and can change the terms of use of points (PLUSES) via SMS request.

”We are confident that the loyalty program from Zapsibcombank will appeal to all our customers, as everyone likes to receive discounts and rewards. I also want to mention that we plan to keep on actively developing the program by introducing new ways of accumulating points. We will also be holding a variety of promotions where customers can be awarded with points at a higher accumulation rate and rewarding our most loyal customers with extra points, and much more. Customers should watch this space as Zapsibcombank is planning a lot of attractive offers”, said Alexander Rybin, Deputy Head of Retail Business at Zapsibcombank.

“Never before has retaining customers been so critical than in today’s competitive retail banking market. At Compass Plus, we are able to offer an excellent tool to create the most sophisticated loyalty programs because of the way we take our customer requirements from all over the world and compound them into our developments”, said Andrey Chirkov, Global Sales Director at Compass Plus.
