Compass Plus exhibits at Payments Knowledge Forum 2016
Compass Plus, an international provider of retail banking and electronic payments software to processors and financial institutions, was pleased to participate in the Payments Knowledge Forum 2016, which took place 3-4 October in London, UK.
This year’s Payments Knowledge Forum focused on the opportunities that the impending Payment Services Directive (PSD2) will open up for new players and services in the payment space. Several speakers discussed the need for open APIs and service based systems that can cope with the demand for flexibility and adaptability as these opportunities start to materialise.
Other themes included global acquiring, the abilities of companies to serve disparate markets with a common solution, and how agile development can be used in mission critical areas such as payments. Darren Busby, Associate VP and Business Development Director at Compass Plus, was a panel member for the Switch Provider panel debate and Q&A session.
Compass Plus representatives took the opportunity to discuss developments amongst the payments community, network with delegates and significant technical influencers in the industry, and schedule meetings with customers and prospects in attendance.
