Kapital Bank updates mobile and internet banking systems
Azerbaijan’s Kapital Bank has completely updated its internet and mobile banking systems, built on TranzWare Internet Banking and TranzWare Mobile Banking from Compass Plus. The newly relaunched systems feature updated designs with easy navigation for both the web version and mobile applications on iOS and Android. In addition, the bank has expanded functionality of services offered to its customers.
Not only has the design of corresponding applications been updated, but the architecture of the remote banking systems has been completely modified. By allocating a single server for both components, replication of supported services for all remote banking channels is facilitated, as well as simplifying the support available for new services. The updated products are fully compliant with current industry standards and requirements in terms of both utilised application development principles and security issues.
“Kapital Bank pays a great deal of attention to the development and improvement of its remote banking systems,” said Farid Guseynov, Chief Operating Officer at Kapital Bank. “Digitalisation of banking services is a well-known trend in the market. We are very pleased that together with our strategic partner, Compass Plus, we are able to offer our customers innovative, user-friendly and feature-rich internet and mobile banking systems. I am confident that this is only the beginning. We will continue to improve our IT infrastructure that will allow the bank to retain a leading position in the financial services market.”
“The rapid increase of banking operations performed via remote banking channels is an obvious trend for all markets, and, to accommodate this, Compass Plus updated both TranzWare Internet Banking and TranzWare Mobile Banking in 2016,” said Alexey Osipov, EVP at Compass Plus. “The joint project with Kapital Bank demonstrates a significant demand for such products in the market and allows the bank to maintain its leading position amongst financial institutions in Azerbaijan in the age of universal digitalisation.”
