Compass Plus is committed to providing exceptional project management from the point of contract signing through all its deployment phases and beyond. To ensure the efficient project implementation each client is assigned an individual project manager to coordinate all project activities and accommodate any additional customer requirements. Each project manager also provides consulting services on all project related issues as well as ensures that all necessary training is delivered to the customer personnel.

Every project is accompanied by a detailed plan outlining all phases to be carried out, timetables, reports on professional services delivered, project progression reports and other documents that keep customers informed and fully up-to-date.

All Compass Plus project managers are exceptionally skilled experienced professionals with dozens and sometimes hundreds of successfully implemented EFT projects behind them.

Business Development

Following the project implementation a personal account manager is assigned to each customer taking responsibility for meeting the changing customer requirements and overall coordination and monitoring of the relationship status.

The account manager is responsible for:

  • Understanding, discussing, developing and implementing specific customer requirements in order to facilitate or accommodate customer business growth
  • Developing and agreeing plans for the future joint project implementation
  • Preparing new product versions and modifications and delivering them to the customer
  • Keeping the customer updated on new TranzWare facilities and application areas
  • Informing the customer on EFT market trends and new services
  • Offering original ideas and business extension opportunities in the area of electronic payments
