Credit Bank of Moscow completed the migration of its processing centre to the TranzWare product suite from Compass Plus.
Collaboration between Credit Bank of Moscow and Compass Plus started in 2014 when the bank implemented TranzWare Fraud Analyzer for monitoring, detecting and preventing fraudulent activity.
The full migration was preceded by large-scale pre-project research on IT solutions used in the bank, analysis and fulfillment of requirements for integration with the existing infrastructure, as well as a pilot project of issuing MIR cards in 2016.
By utilising its vast experience and best practices, Compass Plus completed the migration of the bank’s entire terminal network (including e-commerce), comprising of 26,000 devices and approximately 1.8 million cards in circulation within a very short timeframe, without suspending any services for bank’s customers.
“Collaboration with Compass Plus in the implementation of fraud monitoring functionality and issuance of MIR cards has proven the comprehensive functionality of Compass Plus software and the high level of technical skills possessed by Compass Plus employees. These became the key factors in our decision to migrate the processing centre to TranzWare,” said Konstantin Parmukhin, Head of Processing Division at Credit Bank of Moscow.
“The migration project with Credit Bank of Moscow is very important for Compass Plus,” said Alexey Osipov, EVP at Compass Plus. “We are grateful for the appreciation of our product functionality and the technical skills of our team. This project is further proof that solutions provided by Compass Plus meet industry standards and the constantly growing requirements for non-cash payments software.”
