Rosbank completed the migration of its ATM network to TranzWare Online from Compass Plus.
The project saw the deployment of an ATM host in the bank and the migration of all ATMs from an external processing centre to Rosbank’s own platform, based on TranzWare. As part of the project, TranzWare Online was integrated with the bank’s IT infrastructure to ensure online processing of all transactions.
Amongst the main requirements set out by the bank when selecting the software vendor were system flexibility in terms of ATM monitoring and management, the competitiveness of the bank’s services with a focus on the providing the most comprehensive remote banking offering for customers via ATMs, as well as the capability to modify and develop new services within a short timeframe by the bank’s staff.
In addition to cash deposit and withdrawal, it is now possible to make payments to more than 800 service providers, transfer money from card or account to card or account, repay loans provided by Rosbank, Delta Credit Bank, Rusfinance Bank, and perform other services via Rosbank’s ATMs – a network of around 2,200 terminals across Russia.
