Tatsotsbank changes sponsor bank with support from Compass Plus

The project saw Tatsotsbank, with help from Otkritie Bank and Compass Plus specialists, achieve certification in Visa, Mastercard and Mir payment systems. These certifications included the ability to offer support for EMV and contactless card issuance and acceptance for the payment systems, as well as 3D Secure authentication for Verified by Visa, Mastercard SecureCode and Mir Accept. In addition, Tatsotsbank has supported Visa Token Service and Mastercard Digital Enablement Service, enabling integration with mobile payment services, such as Google Pay. In the near future, Tatsotsbank plans to integrate with Apple Pay.

The multi-stage project was implemented without suspending any services for Tatsotsbank customers. Compass Plus, Otkritie Bank and Tatsotsbank worked in synergy to ensure that going forwards, the Compass Plus Processing Centre and Otkritie Bank are able to offer services to other potential partner banks.

Participation of Compass Plus as an outsourcing company allows us to expand our own processing network and ensure easy integration for partner banks utilising software from Compass Plus,” said Veniamin Polyantsev, Member of the Management Board at Otkritie Bank.
